Its rooms are reasonably spacious with 2 windows, excellent housekeeping, balcony for a good stay.

Lovely little place, I appreciated exceptionally nice personnel.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was favourable and magnificent near to central Palermo, historical sites and restaurants, and the central train/bus station. They gave me spotless and impressive room with a luxurious bathroom and nice view, as for instance. Got a savoury and nice breakfast included.

Variety of fresh breads, fruits, and yogurt. The staff were friendly. The bathroom was quite small, posing a challenge for movement. Nevertheless, the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore Palermo.

The hotel is near the station. Excellent friendly staff (as everywhere else in Sicily). We only slept one night, we weren't at breakfast. It was chosen because of its location.

It's a little dark in the room.

The shower was absurdly tiny with faulty faucet that couldn't maintain a steady temperature!!! Frequent traffic noise at all hours made resting difficult. It'd be nice to have a proper plug for the bathroom sink to wash small items!!!

Comfortable place for discovering Palermo. Great location, minutes from Theater Santa Cecilia. Near bars and restaurants.

Near the train station, there's a good supermarket. When you leave, you can leave your things if you need them. The bus stop is also nearby.

The Concordia Hotel in Palermo provided a spacious room with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. Loved the cleanliness and the fact that it was close to the train station. The breakfast offered a decent variety, with lovely coffee options like espresso and cappuccino. Staff were kind and helpful. The plumbing felt outdated, and the noise from the busy avenue outside was disruptive at night. A good value for the price, but keep in mind some quirks.

Clean and QUAINT hotel, great location quite close to the train station. Really kind and courteous staff, free airport shuttle service and wake up calls. A quiet atmosphere around the place.

Consider bringing your own toiletries as the provided ones are minimal. The location is great for accessing the main attractions easily.

We enjoyed a lovely family trip while staying at this charming spot. It was a great base for exploring Palermo's sights, and we especially loved having a clean room. The breakfast area was good, and the coffee options were a fantastic way to start our mornings.

My wife says that the bathroom could be improved.
